My Thanksgiving Menu & Cooking Schedule (Printable Included!) Free of Gluten, Grain, and Dairy

I’m not much of a sports guy, but this… this is my Super Bowl. For years, I’ve been perfecting the ultimate Thanksgiving feast. From the roasted turkey to the sugar-dusted cranberries, every dish on the menu is delicious. So, if there’s one thing I can brag about (without feeling guilty), it’s my Thanksgiving recipes. This menu also happens to be free of gluten, grain, and dairy because these days, food sensitivities are more common than ever before, including in our family. But I can promise that nothing is compromised on flavor!

A Low-Key Thanksgiving Dinner for Four

Of course, maybe Thanksgiving this year will be a little more low-key for you. If that’s the case, I also have a one-plate Thanksgiving dinner that can be prepped and executed in about two to three hours.

This post originated a few years back when we were all couped up and avoiding large gatherings, but I stand by it! If you’re looking to simplify Thanksgiving this year or are cooking for a group of 4, this low-key Thanksgiving dinner is perfect for you! It is still so delicious and also happens to be gluten, grain, and dairy-free.
