Anti-Trump statues are popping up in cities around the U.S. with less than a week to go until Election Day.
The most recent statue showed up in Philadelphia on Thursday and featured a 40-foot nude statue of former President Trump, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
In the past month, the statue has shown up in Las Vegas, Detroit and Phoenix, per the Inquirer.
Over the weekend, a different statue of Trump appeared in Portland near a statue of a naked woman, The Oregonian reported. There was a plaque in front of the statue that said, “In honor of a lifetime of sexual assault” and had his right hand “curled in a suggestive fashion,” per the publication.
The plaque also referenced Trump’s “Access Hollywood” tape from 2005, where he spoke in vulgar terms about women.
A similar statue appeared in Philadelphia on Wednesday morning, also near a naked statue of a woman, per The Philadelphia Inquirer. The plaque on the statue also read, “In honor of a lifetime of sexual assault.”
It continued: “I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star they let you do it. You can do anything,” per the publication.
The statue had been removed by city workers, The Philadelphia Inquirer said.
The Hill has contacted the Trump campaign for comment.
The statues come on the heels of the installation of a sarcastic statue dedicated to Jan. 6, 2021, insurrectionists, which was unveiled in front of the Capitol last week.
The statue was of a pile of feces resting atop a desk with former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-Calif.) name and a paragraph explaining the piece.
“This memorial honors the brave men and women who broke into the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, to loot, urinate and defecate throughout those hallowed halls in order to overturn an election,” the statement said.
