In a heartwarming surprise that has fans overjoyed, Ms. Rachel has officially entered her girl mom era.
The beloved children’s entertainer, known for her joyful presence on YouTube and early childhood education expertise, just shared that she and her husband, Aron, have welcomed a baby girl named Susannah—with the help of a surrogate.
“We welcomed sweet baby Susannah into the world! 💕 We are so in love,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “Sometimes timing isn’t what you plan and the road to get there is bumpier than you expect, but when you hold your little ones you know… I’m meant to be your mama.”
Rachel, whose full name is Rachel Griffin Accurso, opened up about being unable to carry the pregnancy for medical reasons. She expressed heartfelt gratitude to the surrogate who helped bring their daughter into the world.
“We were blessed to have a surrogate who gave us the most precious gift possible. We are now all family forever. We have immense gratitude and a deep bond. It’s been a truly beautiful experience. I’m in awe of her.”

The couple—who are already parents to 7-year-old son Thomas—have spoken in the past about the ups and downs of their family-building journey. In a 2024 Instagram video, Rachel revealed she experienced a miscarriage before becoming pregnant with Thomas, calling him her “rainbow baby.”
“My rainbow baby is not a baby anymore,” she wrote at the time. “But he’ll always be my rainbow baby 💗 So much love to anyone who understands.”
Rachel has been praised not only for the way she connects with children, but also for how she supports parents—offering tools, validation, and transparency about the behind-the-scenes realities of motherhood. Last year, she took a break from social media to prioritize her mental health, and later shared how she’s learned to set boundaries online to “protect your peace.”
“We’re kind of not meant to take in the amount of information we do online, and it changes your opinion,” she reflected. “It’s healthy for everyone to be aware of how your relationship with social media affects you.”
Through it all, Rachel has remained grounded in her mission: helping families feel seen, supported, and loved. And with this next chapter, she’s once again showing us how beautiful—though not always easy—the path to motherhood can be.
Congratulations to the growing family. Welcome to the world, baby Susannah. 💕
